We are looking for a
Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative
to join an international team. This is a
fully remote position within Portugal
, open to candidates based anywhere in the country.

Your Role
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service
Work in line with company procedures and service standards
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00
Days off: Saturday & Sunday
Salary & Compensation
Base salary: 1,500€ gross × 14 months
Bonus: 80€ × 11 months

Requirements
C2 or C1 level of Danish
Good command of English for internal communication
Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
Must be based in Portugal
