In this role, you will be responsible for handling inquiries from our Portuguese-speaking customers, offering solutions to their problems, and ensuring a seamless experience with our services. Your efforts will be crucial in fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service in Portuguese and English through various channels
Effectively manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system
Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
Collect feedback from customers to aid in service improvement
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide informed support
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills
Requirements
Fluency in Portuguese and English with excellent communication skills
Previous experience in customer service is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and a strong customer focus
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Attention to detail and effective organizational skills
Passionate about providing excellent customer experiences
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
