What You'll Do
Provide support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
Handle inquiries efficiently and professionally
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records in internal systems
What We're Looking For
C1+ Dutch + good English level
Strong communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
