Position :

Customer Service Advisor (French OR German+ English)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist users with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social media channels (including social messaging).
Adapt the brands voice and tone to suit both private and public channels (e.g., phone, email, social media, forums, e-commerce reviews).
Handle customer escalations appropriately and escalate issues to higher levels of support as required.
Respond to inbound customer requests, ensuring relevant case information is documented accurately.
Provide technical troubleshooting assistance to customers, especially in technical queries (experience in troubleshooting is preferred).
Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused approach at all times.
Profile Nice to Have:

Previous experience in customer service (voice, email, chat).
Experience with technical troubleshooting is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills in both French (native) and English (B2 level).
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing workloads.
Experience in adapting communication style to match the brands voice and tone.
