Networks Platform is seeking a motivated individual to join our Customer Experience team, responsible for enhancing the customer experience across five key areas: Continuous Improvement, Analytics & Reporting, Communications, Knowledge, and Digital.

What you will do:
Design and develop customer journeys for main E-REDES processes, focusing on identifying and resolving pain points.
Analyze complaints periodically, identify root causes, and implement initiatives to resolve them, including monitoring and conducting market studies.
Promote Voice of Customer initiatives, focusing on process improvements.
Analyze and develop key performance indicators.
Monitor and develop training courses, including content creation and procedure development.
Manage the entire E-REDES communications process.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, data, or related fields.
Minimum of 2-3 years in roles related to continuous improvement or operational efficiency.
Knowledge of methodologies like Kaizen and Lean is valued.
Experience in customer care and customer experience is valued.
Proficiency in Office tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Proactive, autonomous, resilient, with experience in multi-project environments.
