Sidel is seeking a mechanical engineer to join its Technical Department. Constantly growing and improving, CTO (Configure To Order) department configures, designs and provides technical documentation of our Cap Feeder machines (Aidlin and Optifeed). In this department, you will have the opportunity to work in autonomy on projects placed under your responsibility, with the challenge of complying with our standards in terms of Safety, Quality, Lead Time and Cost.
Your Mission
Prepare each project full BOM (Bill Of Materials)
Follow each project from Go-Manufacturing to FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
Design customer requests (special)
Participate to quality review
Provide support to workshop assembly and on site installation (remote questions)
Provide support to project managers
Conduct continuous improvement projects for CTO department
Your Profile
Mechanical background
Familiar with BOM
Responsible of his own project - autonomous
Rigourous
Collaborative work with different department (PM, Purchase, workshop, FSE)
Software : Solidworks (or 3d equivalent) Auto CAD, PLM sytem (SAP prefered)
Customer and quality focus
Able to work and communicate in an international environment
