your role:

Assist in preparing quarterly Management Reporting deliverables;

Lead the Budget &Forecast processes for assigned departments;

Analyze and challenge actual performance vs. budget and forecast for projects/vessels and departments;

Ensure accurate financial reporting by loading and reviewing data in reporting software;

Work closely withdepartment managers and business controllers to support financial planning;

Prepare cash flowanalysis and financial sections for board-level reporting;

Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial closing;

Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide timely financial insights for decision-making;

Contribute to process automation and reporting optimization, driving efficiency gains;

Develop a holistic view of business performance and enhance financial storytelling skills.

if you have:

University Degree in Economics, Business, or Finance (strong focus on financial reporting);

2+ years of experience in an international audit firm and/or reporting role in a global environment;

IFRS knowledge (aplus);

Fluent in English(written & verbal);
other languages are a plus;

Proficiency in ITtools, especially Business Object, accounting software, and advanced Excel skills;

Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify key business drivers;
