Content Moderator

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Content Moderator to join our international team in Porto. In this role, you will review and moderate online content to ensure it complies with community guidelines and policies, creating a safe and positive experience for users in the Romanian market.

Key Responsibilities

Review, evaluate, and moderate content (text, images, and video) in Romanian according to guidelines.
Ensure that user-generated content is compliant with community standards.
Respond to flagged or reported content in a timely and accurate manner.
Identify and escalate potential risks or sensitive issues.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve moderation processes.

Requirements

Native-level French (mandatory) and good English communication skills.
The candidate must have a EU passport/ID card.
Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
Comfortable working with sensitive content.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
