Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to job offer acceptance
- Utilize recruitment software and tools to track and manage candidate pipelines effectively
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the online media industry
- Strong understanding of candidate sourcing techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up
