• Source and attract candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and professional networks
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to job offer acceptance
• Utilize recruitment software and tools to track and manage candidate pipelines effectively
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
