Description:

We are looking for a talented individual to become a key member of our Career team at Mercer. This position can be based in either Porto or Lisbon and offers a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

We will count on you to: Collaborate on and manage projects primarily within Rewards, including Compensation Benchmark Analysis, Salary Band Definition, Mobility, Executive Remuneration, Variable Remuneration Analysis and Model Design, Job Evaluation, Pay Equity & Transparency, and more;
Collaborate on projects related to Careers and Performance Management, participating actively in the design and implementation of career frameworks, performance appraisal processes, and talent management initiatives;
Contribute with Business Development and client revenue;
Manage rewards projects with high complexity;
Conduct complex analyses based on client and market data using Excel, and prepare engaging client presentations and reports with Power Point;
Contribute to the development and production of Mercer’s Total Compensation Surveys;
Lead client presentations, foster strong relationships, and actively participate in business development efforts;
Identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and support the growth of our business.

What you need to have:  Degree in Management, Mathematics, Engineering, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
5 years+ of experience in compensation or total rewards.
Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Power Point.
Analytical mindset with a numbers-oriented approach.
Organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous.
A team player capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
