Your mission at Webhelp  

In this role you should have a deep understanding of the business and its processes, and the main point of contact for all questions related to core work, tasks, and activities of the team.

You will be responsible to drive the team to ensure the right and correct service level is provided with excellent quality and within the SLA, ensure regular coaching is provided to the team; ensure the team is trained and prepared to cope with future situations or issues; share knowledge and best practices.

What you will be doing at Webhelp 

As a Sales Manager, you will:

Performance Management:
Regular 1 to 1 sessions with the team for performance reviews
Assuring that all team members have proper visibility and understanding of the performance results (team and individual).
Assuring that the team has a full understanding of the SLA’s and KPI’s in place
Keeping proper documentation for performance reviews
Collecting and sharing employee feedback with the leadership team
Collecting feedback and assessing needs, employee evaluation, and potential talents
Proposing training and taking part in other projects
Collecting, analysing, validating, and comparing data on a regular basis (weekly, monthly depending on needs).
Feedback sessions and implementing corrective measures if applicable.
Reviewing the eligibility for individual bonus
Conflict management:
Identifying existing or potential conflicts within the team between colleagues or with different teams across Webhelp and implement solutions, effective communication, best practices, etc.
Moderating discussion between conflicted parties, consulting and searching for the middle ground.
We’ll be a great match if you: 
Have an excellent command in French (minimum C1)
Preferred skills
Fast learner, flexible and adaptable
Personal and professional integrity
Ability to work independently or with minimum supervision
Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
Professional maturity
Ability to work with multiple and diverse cultures within Webhelp
Strong familiarity in data visualizations tools (Tableau, Business Objects, and Microsoft Power BI) experience is a plus
