What You'll Do

As a consultant at Devote Consulting, you'll be engaged in exciting and challenging tasks, including:

Supporting projects: Drive changes in the life sciences industry through change management and communications excellence
Contributing to key areas: Work within the realm of medical devices, R&D, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs
Optimizing business processes: Launch and lead business optimization changes with a focus on boosting adoption
Managing stakeholders: Take responsibility for stakeholder management, project planning and organizational change

Your Qualifications

We're looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

Educational background: A masters degree
Industry experience: 1-2 years with content development and UI design is a plus, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
Problem-solving mindset: You are analytical and aim to make a measurable impact through creative
Communication skills: Proficiency in English
Technical skills: Familiarity with advanced content development tools for video, communications and visualizations
Specialized knowledge: Experience with the life science industry and/or organizational change management (OCM) is an advantage
