- Client Impact
- Develop personalized engagement strategies based on customer demographics and behavior to attract new audiences.
- Manage multi-channel media platforms, including email, sponsored content, and advertisements, optimizing for visibility and lead generation.
- Support CRM and analytics efforts to segment audiences for data-driven campaigns, focusing on increased spending and reactivation, using analytics for decision-making.
- Analyze feedback to refine the card application process, conduct surveys for feature improvements, and enhance UX/UI to boost conversion rates.
- Team Collaboration & Culture
- Partner with stakeholders for targeted marketing, incorporating AI strategies, and fostering innovation within the team.
- Receive mentorship from consulting leaders for professional growth.
- Undergraduate degree with Growth Marketing expertise and experience in omni-channel user acquisition and engagement.
- Problem-solving skills and a user-centric approach, with creative solutions for complex challenges.
- Data analysis capability to translate raw data into insights.
- Interest in supporting client-facing work and leading digital marketing solutions.
- Ability to plan and execute marketing strategies across key channels for impactful outcomes.
- Effective stakeholder management within a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other European language (Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German).
- Eligibility to work and obtain travel visas as needed.
- Experience in UX/UI optimization;
