We are looking for a Compliance & ISO Specialist to join an international organization operating in a regulated environment (Permanent Recruitment) .
This role is suitable for professionals with hands-on experience in regulated environments, coming from backgrounds such as compliance, quality, information security, governance or similar areas - not limited to IT-only profiles.
Key Responsibilities Support and prepare internal and external audits Ensure compliance with the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 17025. Create, review and maintain policies, procedures and internal documentation Act as a point of contact with auditors and internal stakeholders Support teams in the implementation and continuous improvement of processes
Promote a proactive compliance approach , anticipating risks and audit requirements
Requirements Around 3 years of experience in compliance, quality, audit or ISO-related roles Solid knowledge of: ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 Knowledge or exposure to ISO 17025 Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Comfortable working with documentation, policies and written procedures Fluent Portuguese Intermediate to advanced English (documentation and communication)
