We’re looking for a
Business Analyst
with a solid
IT background
to join a growing international team in Lisbon.
What you’ll do:
Collect, analyze, and document
business and functional requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and testers to deliver end-to-end solutions
Translate business needs into clear and actionable
user stories and specifications
Assist in defining
solution architecture
and data flows with technical teams
Support testing, training, and user acceptance phases
Tools & methodologies you might use:
Jira, Confluence, BPMN, UML, SQL
Experience with
Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with
ERP/CRM systems
, APIs, and integration flows
Knowledge of
data analysis tools
is a plus (e.g. Power BI, Excel advanced)

Proven experience as a

in IT-related projects
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Fluent in English and French
