Be our NEXT Business Analyst
Approximately 3 years of experience;
Experience configuring and testing FBTI software;
Strong experience in data modeling, UX/UI prototyping, UML, and user workshops;
Agile experience: writing and managing user stories in JIRA;
Experience with testing tools like X-Ray;
Ability to manage priorities, propose solutions in constrained budgets, and support end users;
SQL knowledge desirable;
English B2 minimum;
Gather requirements and align with Trade Finance business objectives;
Design functionalities: data modeling, processing, screen layouts, and workshops;
Configure and customize FBTI software (DTU/modules);
Execute tests, including non-regression, and support UAT;
Manage incidents, provide user support, and post-implementation training.
