Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications
- Create and maintain detailed functional documentation
- Develop test cases and perform functional testing
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of software solutions
- Support end-users during UAT
- Provide ongoing support and training to users
- Participate in project meetings and provide functional updates
- Work closely with development teams to ensure quality delivery
- Conduct post-implementation reviews
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar
- At least 4 years of experience in the financial sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- EU citizenship or Portuguese work visa/residency
- Availability to work from the office twice a week
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops
- Relevant certifications (ITIL, ISTQB, CBAP)
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
