Business Analyst - Banking Accounting

We are looking for a Business Analyst for a hybrid position (Porto).

Requirements:

Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and documenting detailed business and technical requirements.

Analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting improvements or new processes through techniques such as process mapping and modeling.

Ensure quality development and non-regression.

Ensure rotative support for monthly and quarterly accounting closings.

Be the point of liaison and mediation between business teams and development teams.

Qualifications

Main Requirements:

High degree in Finance, Management, or Computer Science (or equivalent).

Knowledge of banking accounting.

Strong analytical aptitude.

Knowledge of database query tools (SQL queries).

Curious.

Teamwork skills.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of data analysis tools.

Jira.

Agile methodologies.
