Position: Business Analyst
Location: Lisbon
Hybrid: 2 times a week at the client’s office
Candidates must possess a valid work permit for Portugal
Mandatory Languages Required: English and French (minimum C1)
We’re looking for a Business Analyst with a solid IT background to join a growing international team in Lisbon.
What you’ll do:
- Collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and testers to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories and specifications
- Assist in defining solution architecture and data flows with technical teams
- Support testing, training, and user acceptance phases
Tools & methodologies you might use:
- Jira, Confluence, BPMN, UML, SQL
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, APIs, and integration flows
- Knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus (e.g. Power BI, Excel advanced)
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT-related projects
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
- Available for a hybrid work model (2x/week onsite in Lisbon)
