We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join a dynamic, multicultural team. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and validate business needs and proposed solutions
- Prioritize requests, manage project portfolios, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Document requirements and support both testing and change management
- Contribute to solution implementation and user testing phases
Technical Profile:
- Experience with project management methodologies, process analysis, and testing practices
- Solid understanding of business data needs and data management challenges
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Italian is a strong advantage
Soft Skills:
- Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player in a multicultural environment
