Responsibilities
Translate business needs into Data Quality rules, metrics, and remediation plans;
Ensure alignment with Data Quality Index and governance principles;
Perform data profiling and data quality assessments;
Define and maintain Data Quality rules and scoring models;
Conduct root cause analysis and define remediation actions;
Support metadata management and data governance processes;
Facilitate workshops and support stakeholder alignment;
Prepare governance and quality reports for management;
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-intensive environments;
Strong expertise in Data Quality (profiling, rule definition, scoring, root cause analysis, remediation);
Experience with Power BI;
Experience with data governance and catalog tools (Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica);
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and metadata management;
Experience with requirements definition, process mapping, user stories, and UAT;
