Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representatives for a major European airline project in Lisbon, Portugal. This is an excellent opportunity to join a multicultural team, supporting one of the largest low-cost airlines in Europe, connecting travelers across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East.
Your Role
Deliver customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring professional and friendly service.
Handle sales inquiries, general information requests, and customer complaints.
Manage sensitive customer cases, including escalations from regulatory bodies.
Oversee booking management: creating, modifying, or cancelling reservations.
Support back-office tasks including ticket issuance, modifications, and cancellations.
Provide accurate, real-time information to help customers make informed decisions.
Exceed customer expectations by creating memorable, positive travel experiences.
Actively listen to customers, acknowledge their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Your Qualifications
Fluent Spanish (C1)
and
good English (B2)
.
Minimum 6 months of experience in
customer service
(mandatory).
Previous experience in tourism or as a travel representative is a plus.
Strong communication skills with empathy and a collaborative mindset.
Experience with GDS tools such as
Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo
is preferred.
Ability to adapt to rotational shifts and dynamic schedules.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex or sensitive cases.
