Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies for software quality, performance and reliability
Design, create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases and test scripts based on complex product requirements
Perform thorough manual testing to identify defects, ensure functionality and validate user experience, including exploratory testing
Identify, document and track defects, working closely with development teams
Mentor and support junior Quality Assurance team members, fostering a culture of learning
Collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery
Design and execute complex performance tests, analyzing results and recommending improvements Qualifications
Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field, advanced certifications (e. G., ISTQB) highly desirable
Extensive experience as a Quality Engineer or similar Quality Assurance role, with deep understanding of software testing methodologies
Advanced proficiency in automated testing tools (e. G., Cypress, JUnit) and scripting languages (e. G., Python, Java Script). Experience with performance testing tools is essential
Exceptional attention to detail and methodical approach to testing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to lead Quality Assurance initiatives and mentor junior team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
Familiarity with invoicing, logistics or supply chain industry is advantageous
Good knowledge in English
