You will be responsible to:
Ensure c GMP, HSE and engineering best practices are embedded from the URS stage through detailed design;
Lead and execute construction, assembly, commissioning and qualification activities for complex engineering and automation projects;
Plan resources and schedules proactively, securing internal/external support to deliver projects on time, on budget and at the expected quality level;
Identify, define and implement robust technical solutions to unexpected challenges without compromising design intent, compliance or functionality;
Manage deviations, risks and roadblocks promptly, escalating when needed to keep projects aligned with objectives;
Prepare, issue, review and/or approve commissioning & qualification documentation (protocols, test datasheets, impact assessments, reports);
Oversee contractors, ensuring they follow specifications, procedures, documentation and safety rules at all times;
Perform change control assessments and guarantee correct application of the change management process;
Ensure inspections, tests and qualification activities are carried out according to legal, c GMP and project standards;
Support end-user training, capture user feedback, and drive continuous improvement across engineering processes and team capabilities.
We are looking to recruit a Candidate:
University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or a related scientific field, or equivalent experience;
Experience in Delta V;
Extensive experience in installation management or equipment qualification, ideally within chemical plants or the pharmaceutical industry (Spraydrying)
Solid training and hands‑on experience in GMP and HSE practices;
Strong knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements applicable to engineering projects and technical installations;
Advanced understanding of mechanical and E&I equipment, along with c Gx P, ICH, ISPE and ISO guidelines, and proven experience applying them;
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Computer proficiency, including strong working knowledge of MS Office and ability to follow internal rules, procedures and compliance standards.
