To further strengthen our communication systems, we are pleased to announce the formation of the Mailbox Audit & Compliance Team (MACT) .

This is a volunteer leadership and accountability role designed to ensure that all shared inbox communications — especially applicant and stakeholder emails — are handled with consistency, professionalism, and care.

🔎 Role Overview

Members of MACT will:

Monitor shared inboxes to ensure timely responses
Track unanswered or overdue emails
Review response timelines and workflow compliance
Identify communication gaps and recommend improvements
Provide brief audit summaries to leadership
