Responsibilities
You will work within a team to support new product development, testing, and stability. You will conduct bench scale experiments, necessary to support projects related to customers, new product launches, and raw material qualifications following good laboratory practices, and adhering to proper safety procedures. You will communicate project updates in a timely manner with the manager and the team, offering solutions to effectively execute lab projects. You will perform maintenance and set up of application preparation and measurement equipment in accordance with the existing Elementis HSE and lab instructions. You will maintain comprehensive and accurate records of experimental details in corporate notebooks. Decision making
Typically, you will be guided by the manager in decisions related to technical direction, methodologies, approaches, and product development processes.

Basic understanding of paint formulation and ingredients. Basic project management skills. Should be familiar with paint testing equipment. Basic understanding of application tests relevant to architectural coatings. Basic understanding of Talc used in Architectural coatings. Eager to learn new test methods critical for projects. Position Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in chemistry or other sciences. : 2 –3 years in relevant field.
IT Skills : Microsoft Office, Presentation software, Microsoft Teams, Project Management software.
Language Skills : Verbal and written fluency in English.
Working arrangements: 5 days in the office
Traveling required : 10%.
