We are looking for an Business Analyst!
Responsibilities :
Troubleshooting Incidents: Systematically identify, analyze, and resolve intricate issues within network infrastructures to restore optimal functionality. Utilize advanced knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software to isolate problems, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with team members and leverage advanced diagnostic tools to ensure rapid and accurate problem resolution.
Incident Response: Detect and respond promptly to network incidents such as failures, performance degradation, and security breaches. Diagnose and resolve network issues to maintain uninterrupted services.
System Administration: Manage environments with physical and virtual servers in both public and private clouds, working across application and network layers. Administer multivendor operating systems (Linux, Windows), including workstation patching and packaging updates, backups, monitoring, and infrastructure services like AD, DNS, and DHCP.
Virtualization: Operate virtualization environments using market-leading vendors such as VMware and Hyper-V, ensuring high availability through SAN networks, fabric switches, clusters, and storage solutions and technologies such as SAN, Hyperconveged and S3.
Security Assessment: Implement and maintain security measures to protect against unauthorized access and other threats. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Server Management: Configure and maintain servers, install and configure operating systems and services, and perform maintenance to enhance system efficiency.
Update/Patch Management: Apply firmware and software updates to servers and systems to enhance stability and security.
Collaboration: Work closely with network engineers, cybersecurity experts, and application developers to address cross-functional issues.
Emergency Response: Be available for on-call services to respond to emergencies.

Automation/Dev Ops Tools: Utilize scripting and automation tools to optimize operations.
Cloud Management : Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
M365 Management: Management and support for AP’s M365 environment;
License management, general Microsoft office365 support services, exchange online support.

Obsolescence Management: Identify and assess the impact of obsolete assets;
Plan asset replacements and resource allocations; Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
Compliance and Documentation: Adhere strictly to ITIL 4 standards. Regularly review and update all related documentation (at least annually); Ensure compliance with data residency and access rules.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
ITIL 4 Foundation certification with practical application experience.
Proven ability to manage database patching cycles and maintenance.
Excellent team collaboration and negotiation skills.
Experience in managing remote teams and external service providers.
Comprehensive understanding of global IT architecture.
Exceptional organizational and coordination capabilities.
A service-oriented mindset with strong adaptability to change.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Methodical, proactive, and initiative-driven.
Flexible with responsiveness to evolving priorities.
Collaborative approach to working within multicultural teams.
Expert knowledge of physical and virtual servers, infrastructure services (DHCP, DNS, SNMP), monitoring tools, and operating systems (Windows and Linux).
Familiarity with web servers/application servers and datacenter operations.
Security awareness, including system hardening, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, EDR, and backup and replication systems.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) and automation tools.
Proficiency in English.
