The role:

As a Senior Software Engineer , you will work autonomously within empowered, multidisciplinary teams to tackle complex challenges. You’ll own key areas of the product and technology stack, lead architectural decisions, write high-quality code, and mentor colleagues. Your impact will be felt by millions of users globally. Key Responsibilities:

Design and build scalable, reliable systems that support high traffic.

Lead technical initiatives and guide the team on best practices.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Mentor and support the growth of other engineers.

Collaborate across teams to deliver robust solutions.

Participate in on-call rotations and ensure system stability.

Your Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with back-end programming (e.g., Golang, C#, Java); Experience developing distributed systems and working with messaging platforms (e.g., Kafka, SQS, Kinesis); Solid experience with SQL databases (e.g., My SQL, Postgre SQL), No SQL databases (e.g., Dynamo DB, Elasticsearch), and caching systems (e.g., Redis); Experience with high-volume data and access platforms; Familiarity with infrastructure and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes); Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS; Knowledge of observability and performance monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus); Familiarity with software engineering best practices, CI/CD, design patterns, and automated testing; Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working in dynamic and fast-changing environments; Strong communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to quickly learn new technologies. Ability to provide technical guidance, mentor other team members, and contribute to architectural decisions. What you can expect:
