Senior Product Owner

About the Role:
Fed Ex is looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our Business Applications team, focused on building and evolving digital solutions across the entire customer lifecycle — from onboarding to post-invoice support.

This role sits at the intersection of Customer Experience, Revenue Management, Pricing, and Digital Support, and plays a key role in shaping future-ready, AI-enabled customer experiences at global scale.

You will work in a fast-paced, agile environment, collaborating with global stakeholders and technical teams, while bringing a startup mindset to a large, complex enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
Own and drive product outcomes across the end-to-end Fed Ex customer journey for the entire globe, across all regions that Fed Ex operates in

.

Partner with business and technology teams across globe to translate customer and business needs into clear product vision, roadmaps, and user stories
Comfortable with technology and act as a systems thinker, analyzing end-to-end processes, data flows, and system integrations
Work closely with engineering teams in an Agile / SAFe environment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Proactively and independetly lead by identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies — not waiting for direction
Leverage Gen AI and automation opportunities to: Improve digital self-service, Enhance customer experience and NPS, Enable issue resolution, Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform and experience strategy and Drive alignment across cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders including CX, Pricing, Revenue, Technology, and Operations

Required Experience & Skills

Atleast 5–7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in digital or enterprise platforms
Strong experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
Proven ability to:

•Write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria

•Work directly with engineering and architecture teams

•Analyze complex systems and end-to-end workflows

•Experience working in large global organizations, with the ability to move fast and think like a startup

•Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

•Comfortable challenging assumptions and driving clarity in ambiguous situations

•Strong stakeholder management skills across functions, regions, and seniority levels

•Exposure to or hands-on experience with Gen AI / AI-driven digital solutions is highly desirable
