Role Overview:
Senior Functional Analyst with experience in the investment domain (Securities, Funds, and Insurance) and the ability to serve as a bridge between business and technology.
Requirements:
More than 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst on complex projects.
Knowledge of the funds, securities, and insurance domains.
Ability to map end-to-end processes and propose improvements.
Experience with agile methodologies and requirements management tools.
Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze functional requirements with business areas (funds, securities, and insurance).
Document processes and detailed functional specifications.
Support the definition of solutions and functional architecture, ensuring alignment with business rules.
Validate functional tests and support the technical team throughout development.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliveries.
