Role Summary Mavenir is building the future of networks, focusing on the vision of a single, software-based automated network that runs on any cloud. We are already transforming the way the world connects by realizing new services and the promise of 5G and beyond. Our role working directly with customers and influencing across the wider business. This exciting position within our Europe Technical team for a pre¬sales solution architect who has significant experience within the 4/5G RAN industry.
This position will be in one of Mavenir’s EU/UK regions but will support the account teams across our our EMEA teritories. This role will also see you working alongside the VP of sales and opportunities exists for you to work outside the parent region across the broader region. This role can be office or home based, however the role will come with some travel throughout the region. A right to work in EU/UK is essential. This opportunity would be ideal for someone with pre sales experience or a solutions architect looking to move into the sales arena. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the continued development of our solutions and you will be able to influence the direction of the customer proposition both technically an commercially. Previous experience in RAN design/strategy departments will be considered beneficial to the application as will experience in designing advanced Packet Core solutions. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the development and refinement of Mavenir’s Cloud-RAN/ Network Core, & small cell vision and strategy Assist sales team in all phases of the selling process. Interact with internal and external customers. Work with Account managers to identify/qualify customer & prospect opportunities & define requirements Work with Product Managers to reflect customer requirements in feature set & road map Lead, manage & provide direct technical input to customer RFXs. Understand pricing mechanisms and support sales team in building commercial proposals. Maintain contact and open communication with customers to assist with future needs. Active in tender submissions. Preparation of technical sales materials including collateral, quotation, timeline, project plan and solution proposals. Lead POC activities with customers Create content to support the technical strength of the Mavenir solutions Job Requirements Contribute to the development and refinement of Mavenir’s Cloud-RAN/ Network Core, & small cell vision and strategy Assist sales team in all phases of the selling process.
