Caixa Mágica Software is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a proven technical background, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams, overseeing the technical execution of IT projects, and ensuring the delivery of robust, efficient, and timely solutions.
What will you do?
Plan, coordinate, and monitor IT projects throughout their lifecycle — from inception to delivery.
Serve as the link between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Manage timelines, resources, risks, and budgets effectively.
Understand and contribute to technical discussions and decision-making processes.
Ensure high-quality project delivery in terms of performance, security, and scalability.
What are we looking for?
University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Experience managing IT projects, preferably in complex technical environments.
Strong technical foundation in areas such as software development.
Ability to communicate fluently with developers, engineers, and system architects.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or ITIL.
