Construction Site Manager

Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, and currently undergoing a strong growth, with mandates for the main projects under development in Portugal, intends to reinforce its team in the BPC & Architecture Department with the integration of a Construction/ Site Manager for its Lisbon office.

Key tasks/ activities:
Coordination and management of construction teams;
Execution and follow-up of works planning schedules;
Site management;
Control of contractual deadlines execution;
Costs control;
Works measurement reports - validation and preparation;
Construction quality control;
Preparation of periodic progress reports;
Monitoring of Health and Safety actions on site;
Execution of provisional handover minutes and all technical documents.

Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:
Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
2-3 years' professional experience in project management/construction work; coordination/supervision;
Knowledge of Windows environment from a user perspective, with a focus on Power Point, Excel and Microsoft Project;
Knowledge of English (other languages will be valued);
Planning and organisational skills;
Orientation towards deadlines.

High sense of responsibility;
Team spirit and ease of communication;
Proactivity, assertiveness, dynamism and resilience;
Driving licence.
