THE ROLE Design Managers manage people and support their Head of Product Design leading our Product domains. These people provide the broader context and leadership required for Product Designers and the teams they work with to succeed. Design Managers set context, create vision and build purpose with the teams they work.     Architecture is both the process and the product of planning, designing, and constructing buildings and other physical structures. Architectural works, in the material form of buildings, are often perceived as cultural symbols and as works of art. The term architecture is also used metaphorically to refer to the design of organizations, software, and other abstract concepts. Construction is the process of constructing a building or infrastructure. Construction differs from manufacturing in that manufacturing typically involves mass production of similar items without a designated purchaser, while construction typically takes place on location for a known client. Construction as an industry comprises six to nine percent of the gross domestic product of developed countries. Construction starts with planning, design, and financing; and continues until the project is built and ready for use.


    Braga (BRAH-gə, Português: [ˈbɾaɣɐ] (ouvir); Proto-Céltico: * Bracara) é uma cidade e um município do distrito de Braga, na região histórica e cultural da Província do Minho. A cidade tem uma população residente de 192.494 habitantes (em 2011), representando o sétimo maior concelho de Portugal (em população). Sua área é de 183,40 km2. A sua área urbana aglomerada estende-se do rio Cávado ao rio Este. É o terceiro maior centro urbano de Portugal (depois de Lisboa e Porto). Hoje em dia, Braga é um importante pólo do interior do Norte de Portugal e uma importante paragem do Caminho Português da Estrada de Santiago. A cidade também foi Capital Europeia da Juventude em 2012.
