WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As Techical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following functions:

  • Installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and administration of systems in critical and highly complex environments and infrastructures.
  • Participating, when requested, in the design of solutions.
  • Installing, configuring, and testing highly complex solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with service targets, including response SLAs, availability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhering to defined schedules.
  • Complying with service shifts as required.
  • Ensuring that the implemented solutions meet the agreed-upon requirements.
  • Testing the performance of implemented solutions, identifying potential failures, and implementing necessary corrections.
  • Guaranteeing the quality of the implemented solutions.
  • Maintaining security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
  • Providing support to the help desk and field teams.
  • Reporting any constraints encountered during solution implementation to the Service Manager.
  • Recording necessary information in the ITSM tool.
  • Ensuring the highest levels of system and infrastructure availability.

  • Microsoft Technology
  • VMware Technology
  • Storage Solutions (Installation, Maintenance, and Analysis)
  • Backup Solutions
  • Security Solutions
  • Competencies in Dell EMC equipment (Servers, Storage, and Networking)
