Senior Network Architect., Lisbon

Profile:- University degree in Engineering or related field;
- At least 8 years of experience in network engineering within international and matrix organisations;
- Strong expertise in Data Centre and Cloud Network technologies, including:
AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Intercloud, Transit Gateway, ACI, Switch Fabric, Load Balancers, VMware NSX-T;
- Advantageous knowledge of network security solutions, including
SASE, VPN, Firewalls, Web Gateways, Segmentation, Identity Services, Voice, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, LAN (wired), WAN, MPLS;
- Ability to understand and address modern network infrastructure challenges and trends;
- Demonstrates leadership, initiative and ownership in delivering high-impact technical solutions aligned with corporate objectives;
- Fluency in English. Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of robust, secure and scalable network solutions;
- Collaborate closely with Group Security, the CTO office and the One Network Programme to define cost-effective architectures that provide real business value;
- Engage in product evolution and continuous improvement, with a focus on medium- to long-term sustainability;
- Oversee advisory, selection, design, build and integration of services and products within scope;
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between functional teams, IT Services, strategic partners and vendors;
- Maintain high quality of service (Qo S) and support standards across all solutions;
- Communicate clearly and effectively across global teams, translating complex technical concepts into accessible language for both senior management and operational IT stakeholders. We offer:
