Solid experience developing backend applications and working with microservices architectures (at least 3 years of proven experience).
Strong experience in Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs (at least 3 years of proven experience).
Hands-on experience writing and conducting unit, component, integration, and functional tests using tools like JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, etc.
A passion for mentoring, knowledge sharing, and collaborating with team members to drive technical excellence.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
A proactive mindset with an eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
A team-oriented attitude, thriving in collaborative environments.
What “you will Sow” (What you’ll do)
As a Java Developer/ Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with Product and Business stakeholders.
Taking ownership of the entire software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, configuration, and documentation.
Engaging in technical discussions within the team to balance trade-offs in code, design, and processes.
Applying best coding practices and industry standards.
Monitoring the status of applications and services, identifying potential risks, and proactively addressing issues.
Demonstrations and participation in acceptance discussions with Product Owners
Implementing technology standards, best practices, and frameworks.
Identifying areas for process improvement.
