Along with IT teams, support timeline and content of enrichment releases Support Engineers/Architects in setup implementations of Proof of Concept Implement SSO/LDAP or Azure Active Directory application (and associated permissions) Monitor Richemont’s core IAM activities ( provisioning or deprovisioning process execution) IAM Operations Analyst responsibilities you will support the business with Identity lifecycle Application lifecycle Password management Federated authentication Multifactor Authentication Biometric Authentication Certificate Management DNS Management PAM Management Identity broker management HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US? As an IAM Operations Analyst, you will work mostly with Microsoft standard tools and technologies, but Richemont group utilizes multiple platforms and technologies so there is a good potential to learn and expand your knowledge.

Some of the tools include, but are not limited to: IAM tools / services Azure Active Directory Azure AD Authentication services OAuth / SAML / Open ID Connect Enterprise scale Active Directory environnement.

Active Directory (replication, authentication, DNS) / AAD connect / Azure AD, Windows Servers -, PKI.

Azure AD conditional access policies, MFA, SSPR, Azure Information Protection.

Database – SQL query Service Now Incident management Saviynt user and groups management / lifecycle Soft Skills you should have for the role General understanding of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) areas, including authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle.

Excellent analytical / problem solving skills Scripting – Power Shell A plus if you have these skills Cyberark PAM SAVIYNT AWS / GCP / Alibaba Keycloak Ping Identity Okta You are / have Willingness to constantly learn and progress.

Engineering school, university or polytechnic master’s in computer science, Communication Systems, Telecommunication – or similar working/studying experience.

At least 3 years of experience in Identity & Access Management Cloud technologies Understanding of key identity management technologies including authentication and access management Strong capacity to analyse automation process issues and propose relevant technical solutions.

Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical ways with clients and colleagues.

Rigorous, flexible, stress resistant, autonomous and passionate about computer science Capacity to work in an autonomous way and in multi-cultural context across regions.
