We are looking for an Cloud Support Engineer!
Mission: We are looking for hands-on Cloud support engineers with a deep understanding of the Azure ecosystem to join our managed services team.
In this capacity, you will work with product teams alongside developers, architects, designers, analysts and product owners to deliver tooling and cloud infrastructure, striving on automation, efficiency and cost-effective solutions.
You have the knowledge and confidence to address and support the Microsoft cloud ecosystem in complex engagements, typically working together with multi-disciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Experience in Incident management and troubleshoot.
- Experience in execution of complex tasks.
- Experience in setting-up and administration of Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience working in an environment that has high requirements of security and auditability (e.g. organizations with ISO27001 certification and/or SOC audits).
- Personable, attentive, and rigorous.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communicator.
- Fluency in English.
