About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Data Quality to join our Data Governance team. In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and data teams, translating business needs into actionable data quality rules, metrics, and remediation plans. You will ensure alignment with the organization’s Data Quality Index and governance principles while supporting decision-making at both operational and executive levels.

Daily rate : EUR 250-300
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis
Gather and analyze requirements in data-intensive environments
Perform process mapping, define user stories, and support UAT activities
Translate business needs into data quality requirements and solutions
Data Quality & Governance
Conduct data profiling and define data quality rules and scoring models
Perform root cause analysis and support remediation planning
Ensure consistency with data governance frameworks and standards
Contribute to metadata management initiatives
Reporting & Insights
Develop Power BI dashboards and metrics to track data quality performance
Prepare Steer Co-level reporting and decision-support materials
Stakeholder Management
Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business and data stakeholders
Collaborate with Data Owners, Stewards, Architects, and IT teams
Support governance forums and decision-making processes
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience
Senior level: 5+ years as a Business Analyst in data-driven environments
Proven experience in Data Quality and Data Governance initiatives
Technical Skills
Strong SQL skills
Experience with Microsoft Power BI
Familiarity with data governance tools such as:
Microsoft Purview
Collibra
Informatica (or similar)
Knowledge
Strong understanding of data governance frameworks
Experience with metadata management practices
Languages & International Exposure
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Experience working with international, multicultural teams
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Ability to work autonomously and adapt in dynamic environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
