IT & Azure Team Lead – Exciting Leadership Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team within the IT and Azure Business Unit.
- Oversee sales and technical delivery of informatic equipment, networking, and cloud solutions.
- Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Provide strategic input into business development, identifying market trends and opportunities.
- Manage resources effectively, including time, personnel, and technology.
- Represent the organisation at client meetings and industry events, both locally and internationally.
Key Requirements:
Technical & Commercial Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (IT, Business, Management).
- Strong experience in technology sales and solutions, particularly in informatic equipment, networking, or cloud solutions.
- Deep understanding of network architecture, data centre services, and cloud technologies.
- Proven ability to drive sales, negotiate deals, and develop business strategies.
Leadership & Communication Skills
- Track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Willingness to travel internationally, if required for projects
