We are looking for an Application Support (SQL Server) for a hybrid project based in Lisbon (2x/Week).
Scope: Application Support mission is to provide functional and technical support to users of the banks several applications.
Usually this position consists in support to user's requests; incident, problem and change management; coordination with other levels of support (ADM, Production, others).
In addition, it will be required to provide feedback to user and communicate on issue resolution.
Requirements: Experience with Application Performance Monitor (Specifically Dynatrace ).
Particular knowledge and experience with Unix/Linux.
Expertise in SQL Server and My SQL.
Cloud knowledge and experience with Ansible/Jenkins.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Responsibilities: Support application users / Answering to support requests.
Resolving incidents following incident management lifecycle & Root cause Analysis at a functional level.
Build a working knowledge of the systems and business area in order to provide a high level of support.
Monitoring production environments.
Ensure daily communication & transition with teams from other time zones.
