We are looking for an Application Support - Cloud (Azure) for a project in Lisbon (hybrid).



Responsibilities:
Monitor the Secure GPT service, proactively identifying issues and ensuring swift resolution
Manage service incidents and requests, driving them through to resolution and providing clear communication to stakeholders
Act as an escalation point for stakeholders requiring assistance with Secure GPT
Identify and implement improvements in processes, procedures, and service observability (e.g., automation of alerts, dashboards, queries)
Contribute to continuous service optimization, performance enhancement, and operational excellence
Collaborate closely with the broader Secure GPT team to deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with data security standards and regulatory requirements



Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering or similar;
Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations role with Azure (web applications) and Javascript development.
Strong service management experience (SLA management, ticketing systems, incident management);
Customer-oriented mindset and solution-driven and proactive approach;
Ability to quickly identify issues and accurately determine root causes
Experience with Chat GPT or other Generative AI technologies
Knowledge of data security and regulatory requirements
Fluent in English (mandatory).
