Profile:- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a related field, Master’s degree is a plus;
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis within a professional setting;
- Strong experience with dbt (data build tool);
- Familiarity with DLT (data load tool) and Dagster is a plus;
- Expert-level SQL and proficiency in Python;
- Solid knowledge of data warehouse design and querying;
- Experience translating technical schemas into business-oriented models;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to clearly present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Ownership mindset with a track record of independently delivering high-quality solutions;
- Experience with Postgres/Aurora and Apache Iceberg in S3 is advantageous;
- Familiarity with graph databases or graph-based data structures;
- Experience with LLM-based applications or AI agent systems;
- Ability to write and fine-tune prompts for AI agents;
- Knowledge of knowledge storage and retrieval mechanisms for AI agents;
- Fluency in English. Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical contact for new clients, understanding their data needs and challenges;
- Build analytical models using dbt and dlt to transform raw data into actionable insights;
- Design and evolve the application data stack in line with the product roadmap;
- Create and maintain Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and mapping documentation;
- Translate source system schemas into business-focused reporting structures;
- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, anomalies and trends;
- Write comprehensive documentation for master data files;
