We are now looking for a talented and experienced Global Communications Manager to join our team. We are open to remote working locations anywhere in Europe. In this role you will be responsible for implementing our global communications strategy and ensuring that all communication sent out is consistent with our company’s mission, vision and values. You will have a vital role in promoting a positive image, creating brand awareness and promoting our offerings. You will also be responsible for supervising public relations around our brand and media, as well as controlling the dissemination of information on behalf of our organization. What you will be doing
As our global corporate communications manager you have the uncanny ability to easily turn concepts, ideas and uninteresting topics into engaging content in a succinct manner. When it comes to corporate communications, you’re the expert with creativity, drive and a “let’s make it happen” mentality. You are inclusive in your thinking and communication style, and know like no other how to create and carry along a diverse group of audiences. This means that on a daily basis you will be for example working on developing a wide variety of content that targets a broad set of stakeholder segments, without losing focus of what we stand for as a global corporation. You’re the one that will help define and implement the global communications strategy together with senior leaders and are then responsible for making sure the key outcomes are in line with our goals. That’s exactly why we are looking for a strategic thinker, someone that is proactive and easily takes ownership of communication needs around the globe. On a
- day basis you will be working on creating and developing content across a wide range of vehicles to ensure we increase audience and stakeholder engagement. Furthermore, you are identifying and capitalizing opportunities to promote our brand in a positive way with matching communication that reinforce our brand values. Additionally, you will be providing input and managing communications initiatives, campaigns and materials for our different sectors and making sure we measure the effectiveness of our communications. This also includes coming up with recommendations on how to improve and optimize that

As the global communications manager you lead public relations initiatives which includes thought leadership materials, case studies, white papers, press releases, social media management and media relations. Of course without losing sight of our brand tone and style - but that’s what you are used to from your current and previous roles. There will be tons of opportunities in this role to make an impact - and we need someone that is eager to grab opportunities and go for it. You will be managing the global communications calendar and providing strategic communication recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders both internally as well as externally. Working cross functionally and influence on all levels of the organization - especially in a global matrix - is familiar to you, and you will be doing this on the go in this role. In addition to that, you will be working on the following things:Monitor and stay

Developing communication plans, prioritizing communication activities and elevating the relevant topics to the best channels in line with our strategic priorities. Proactively identifying communication and information gaps and making sure strategies are developed and implemented to address those gaps. You have at least 5 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, an advertising agency, public relations, journalism or related field. You have a university degree in marketing, communication or business. Have experience working in an international (matrix) organization, ideally combined with B2B and B2C experience. You are based in Europe and are eligible to work without the need of

We offer a strong salary package. We have different salary ranges in each country, and hence, it is not possible to share the ranges here as the role is posted for all countries in Europe. The topic around salary and package will be discussed in the first interview.
