This is an on-site role in Lisbon , where you'll collaborate with diverse professionals, learn fast, and grow in a supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing Manage and grow B2 B client portfolios via phone, email, or chat Provide smart advertising or marketing solutions tailored to business goals Onboard new advertisers or upsell services to existing users Build solid customer relationships and overcome objections with ease Work with performance goals and contribute to a high-impact team What We're Looking For Fluent French and English at B2 level or higher Experience in sales, marketing, or customer support is a plus, not a must Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging new people Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn Must have EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal What You'll Get Full training program (2 to 4 weeks depending on the project) 12-month renewable contract; permanent after 2 years Monthly bonus based on performance (up to EUR 300 or EUR 900 quarterly) Meal allowance paid via card (tax-free) Private health and dental insurance after contract signing 22 vacation days per year plus Portuguese public holidays Christmas and holiday bonuses paid monthly
