These engagements may be in the areas of real-world effectiveness, market research, forecasting, product launch, business intelligence, sales operations, sales force effectiveness, multi-channel marketing, marketing operations, incentive compensation, oncology, payer/provider services, thought leadership, primary market research, and technology & applications.In addition, you may have the opportunity to contribute internally to the CMS team in a number of ways including support the recruitment of new hires, lead and mentor individuals through people management, participate in learning communities to build up subject-matter expertise, develop and benefit from training content available to the entire team.The job – ODU Consultant:Analyze secondary data and market research to identify key findings and trendsConduct quantitative or qualitative analyzes to support customer deliveries and business decisions related to data.Assist the delivery of the various components of the project as senior support and monitor the quality of the final delivery.Develop presentations for clients and attend meetings to analyze and advise on solutionsManage projects and workflows, ensuring successful deliveryAbility to develop detailed specifications and documentation, including business process documentation, POPs, customer data scorecardsHave experience in handling promotional and sales data, market assessment and epidemiology, pipeline analysis and market researchMaster the various related consultancy methodologies and the pharmaceutical market, through the delivery of consultancy commitments and participation in formal and informal learning opportunitiesHave the ability to interact with the various teams, external and internal, to ensure the smooth functioning of teamworkResponsibilities:Deploy on-site involvement anywhere in Europe, depending on business demands.All assignments involve presence on site at the customer's locations. Manage projects and workflows independently.Lead projects and initiatives with indirect supervision of analysts and communication with clientsAnalyze secondary data and table market research (quantitative and qualitative) to identify key findings and trendsMust be able to work with Market Assessment and Epidemiology, Pipeline Analysis and Market Research, Forecasting Inline and Pipeline with senior supportCreate and lead quantitative or qualitative analyses to support customer problems and resultsCreate presentations independently for customers; participate, support and be present at client meetings, independentlyAssist in the development of detailed specifications and documentation, including business process documentation, POPs, customer data scorecardsWork voluntarily and effectively with others inside and outside the organization to achieve the team's goal, internally and externallyConduct extensive research to create a detailed forecasting methodology for the forecast / business problem providedCarry out market analysis to include details on market characteristics (size and growth of the market, prescriptions, days of therapy, types of patients, market share, number of competitors, market trends, market attractiveness); competitors 'characteristics (product characteristics, competitors' marketing strategies, sales force activities, price analysis); prescribing characteristics (number of prescribers by specialty, medical prescription activity, unmet wishes and needs) that may be relevant to support predictionsIntegrate qualitative and quantitative data and present forecast results in a structured manner; bring value-added insights to customersOur ideal candidate will have:Undergraduate or Master's degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant healthcare experienceExposure and experience in statistics and consulting - Demonstrative analysis, interpretation and problem solving skills, working with large and multiple data sets to process data in the format required for analysisFluency in essential, written and verbal English and any other European language (German or French as a priority), well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including presentations, leadership meetings, business and reportsProject management experiencePrevious experience in interest in healthcare analytics and dataStrong business acumen and understanding of sales & marketing business principalsExcellent communication, interpersonal and team-working skillsExceptional written, numerical, and problem-solving skillsAdaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledgeAbility to follow SOPs, processes and execute effective documentation of project-related workKnowledge, experience and understanding of the fundamental processes and key issues of the pharmaceutical business and health sectors, their interaction, and the impact of external / internal influences on decision making, growth and declineKnowledge of professional / commercial associations, key people, and companies.Effective communication, project management and time management skillsStrong ability to manage priorities so that deadlines are met, maintaining consistent, high-quality resultsAbility to think creatively and strategicallyAvailability and ability to travel - 80% of the timePlease submit your cv in English.We know that meaningful results require not only the right approach but also the right people.
