Position Details

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment Type: Full-time, remote, Mon-Fri 8-5 PM

Remuneration: Base salary

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and key decision-makers to understand business objectives and deliver solutions using programmatic media tools.
• Develop strategies to drive investments in display and video, optimize resources, and gather feedback for product development.
• Stay informed on the evolving programmatic landscape and guide clients through emerging advertising opportunities.
• Provide account analysis to ensure clients meet their performance goals.
• Lead platform training, media planning, and execution of display, third-party video, and connected TV campaigns.
• Educate clients on the privacy landscape to ensure future success.

Requirements

• Native/fluent in German (C1), both oral and written; fluent in English (B2+)
• At least 2 years in Digital Marketing Operations, including content, campaign management, and optimization
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
• Proactive communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, string, logical functions, pivot tables)
• Hands-on experience with digital programmatic buying using DSPs for 2+ years
• Experience with multiple DSPs is preferred
• Experience integrating programmatic platforms, sales, and ad-serving systems
• Understanding of digital and offline media agencies and market landscape
• Experience in advertising products, martech, or adtech including pitching and consulting
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills at executive levels
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Proficiency in DV360 platform
