What you will do Manage and support B2 B travel clients, providing expert guidance on bookings, itineraries, and travel solutions.
Handle reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel packages accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and clients.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and support business growth.
Stay up to date with travel industry trends, promotions, and products to provide informed advice to clients.
Who you are Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in travel agencies, tour operators, or customer service is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
