As a German Speaking Support Agent, you will be tasked with providing exceptional support to our German-speaking customers, ensuring their travel needs are met with utmost care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities Offer outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and scheduling changes.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries within our CRM system.
Work closely with other departments to ensure that customer needs and contractual obligations are met.
Stay updated on airline policies, promotional offers, and travel regulations to provide correct information to customers.
Requirements Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
Prior experience in customer service, ideally in the airline or travel sector.
Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Able to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM systems and travel booking tools is advantageous.
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem resolution.
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment in Athens.
